Citinickel has various community development projects aimed at providing long-term livelihood opportunities for the Community and Indigenous Peoples (IPs) in Palawan and around its areas of operations. A tribal hall has also been built to give the tribes a venue for meetings, discussions, and social events.

Medical Outreach to Community
As part of our Social Development and Management Program, Citinickel Mines and Development Corporation conducted a community medical outreach in Sitio Kalatunan, Brgy. Labog, Sofronio Española, Palawan on August 30, 2018.
The activity was spearheaded by Citinickel’s Community Relations Office in cooperation with Sofronio Española Municipal Health Office, Labog Barangay Council and Health Workers which reached out One Hundred Thirty Two (132) patients composed of Thirty Six (36) senior citizens, fifty Seven (57) adults and Thirty Nine (39) children.
The Medical Outreach activity was a Success!
The beneficiaries’ response was heartwarming. They avail a free medical check-up and medicines in this medical operation. Through this you will witness that our partners believe in our advocacy and their support for the project.
