Ms. Tanchay is the Chairman and President/CEO of the COproration. She is also President of Citimax Group, Inc., Maxwell Heavy Equipment Corp., Chairman of Citinickel Mines and Development Corp. and Director of Moreland Realty Corp. She graduated from the De La Salle University in 1988 with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Management.
David Attewill
Director
Mr. Attewill is a Director of the Corporation. He is also the Manager of International Operations for Worley Parsons Limited, and is currently the President of Euro Decommissioning Services, Philippines, Inc. He used to be the Operations Director for Crew Minerals Corporation, Inc., EDS Philippines, Inc. and Cleveland Bridge LTD. He also held the position of managing director for Kvaerner Philippines Corp., Inc. He obtained his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of West of England, UK, in 1993.
Alonzo C. Espanola
Director
Mr. Espanola is a Director of the Corporation. He also holds the position of President in various corporations such as Martam Shipping Corporation, Grain Corporation, Bandila Construction and Development Corporation and Hardrock Aggregates, Inc. He obtain his degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the Letran College in 1985.
Florinio B. Lazo
Director
Mr. Lazo, a registered Geologist, is a Director of the Company. He currently works as a freelance geology consultant on prospect evaluation, mining tenement acquisition, exploration project design, management and budgeting and mining operations and compliance review for Mining and Exploration investors. His most significant work for the Mining Industry is his inclusion as Technical Expert in the Philippines’ Mining Industry Coordinating Council’s (MICC) review team tasked to make and expert assessment of the operations of nickel laterite mines and a base metal operation (Region 3), Aggregates and Cement Quarry Operation (Region 4A and 7) in the Philippines. He is also a widely experienced Exploration Manager, with exposure to a variety of commodities and exploration projects from Greenfields, Brownfields and Development located in Fiji, Australia, the Philippines, Laos, Myanmar and Thailand. He acquired technical and management skills through a combination of extensive work experiences in program planning, implementation, monitoring and control as well as development programs training and ensured optimum productivity from workforces and contractors in Australia, South Pacific and numerous countries in Southeast Asia. He also has extensive experience in management, planning, implementation, interpretation and reporting of drilling programs (using man-portable rigs to large machines capable of drilling more than 2 km depth), and his training of local support staff in any country where a project is located has helped optimized the efficient and thorough collection of valuable data from this capital-intensive exploration activity. Mr. Lazo obtained his degree in B.S. Geology from the Mapua Institute of Technology as a grantee of the Bureau of Mines Scholarship Grant, finishing 2nd place of his graduating class and placing 7th during the 1983 Geology Licensure Examination. He also earned his Certificate in Mineral Exploration from the Federal Institute for Geosciences and Natural Resources in Hannover, GERMANY, through the Philippines-Germany Bilateral Scholarship Grant; and his M.Sc. Environmental Geology from the Westfähliche Wilhelms Universität Münster, North Rhein-Westphalia, GERMANY, through the EU-ASEAN Scholarship Grant.
Gioan Fernand A. Legaspi

Atty. Legaspi is an Independent Director of the Corporation. He is partner at the Legaspi Barcelo & Salamera Law Offices (LEBARSA LAW). His Professional experience includes having been a Senior Partner at the Benitez Legaspi Barcelo Rafael & Salamera Law Office (BELARUS LAW) from 2005-2012, Assistant Manager of Banco de Oro-EPCI, Inc.’s Legal Services Group in 2007, Associate Lawyer of the Benitez Parlade Africa Herrera Parlade and Panga Law Offices (PABLAW) from 2003-2004 and Executive Assistant IV of the Sandiganbayan from 1998-2003. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Santo Tomas in 2002 and his Bachelor of Arts degree major in Political Science from the Ateneo de Manila University.
Jesselie A. Suñga-Fabella

Atty. Suñga-Fabella is a Professor of Law at the New Era University since August 2021. She is also the Managing Partner of Suñga Salandanan & Associates Law Offices since
July 2020. She was Associate lawyer at the Angara Abello Conception Regala & Cruz Offices with litigation and dispute resolution as her areas of expertise. She obtained both her degrees in Bachelor of Arts major in Communication Arts graduating magna cum laude, and Bachelor of Laws graduating on top of her 2016 Class, from the University of Sto. Tomas.

Atty. Abarca is an Independent Director of the Company. He is Corporate Secretary of Soleil Property Ventures Corp. and had experience as legislative staff under the office of Congressman Bernardo M. Vergara at the House of Representatives. He also worked as legal officer at Bernardo Fuentes & Associates Law Office.
Jintana G. Yantakosol

Ms. Yantakosol is an Independent Director of the Company. She is a partner realtor at Nel Realty. Prior to this, she had extensive training from 2016 to 2019 as a freelance real estate salesperson. She also had paralegal experience at Fuentes Law office and Associates. She obtained her degree in BA Legal Management from the University of Santo Tomas and attended Lyceum of the Philippines College of Law.
Lyra Gracia Y. Lipae-Fabella

Atty. Lipae-Fabella is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines. She serves/has served as Corporate Secretary to a number of publicly-listed and private companies. At present, she is the Managing Partner of the Fabella and Fabella Law Office. Her work experience includes having been a Junior Auditor in a leading auditing firm, Associate in a law firm and Securities Counsel III at the Securities and Exchange Commission. Atty. Lipae-Fabella graduated from San Beda College of Law and obtained her BS Business Administration and Accountancy degree from the University of the Philippines-Diliman.
Miguel D. De Regla

Mr. De Regla is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company. He is in the accounting practice for the past thirty (30) years. He graduated from Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) Manila with a Bachelor of Science degree major in Accounting.

Ms. Minoza is the Corporate Information Officer and Compliance Officer of the Corporation. She is a Certified Public Accountant and has been in the accounting practice for the past eighteen (18) years. She graduated from Leyte Institute of Technology with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
