ORE was incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 16, 2007 as a holding company intended primarily to consolidate and operate companies that own mining tenements located within the Philippines.
Since its incorporation, ORE has acquired Citinickel Mines and Development Corporation (“Citinickel”) where it has a 94 percent equity interest. It is the sole claim owner of Pulot Mine and the Toronto Mine located Sofronio Española and Narra, Palawan, respectively. Citinickel was incorporated on June 5, 2006 and is currently the sole subsidiary of ORE.
