Company Overview

Oriental Peninsula Resources Group, Inc. (ORE) is a young and vibrant company currently operating two mine sites in the towns of Narra and Espanola, Palawan – and we are passionate aboutbecoming a globally competitive organization.
We keep our people motivated, recognizing that our company’s strength is in our employees. We work in partnership with them to build positive relationships, instilling in their mind and hearts that when ORE grows, the community prospers as well.

To date, ORE is the number one employer in Narra and Espanola. The company has given direct and indirect employment to about 2,000 people, and has benefited about 100,000 individuals in terms of livelihood, jobs, education, community development, etc.

ORE was incorporated and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 16, 2007 as a holding company intended primarily to consolidate and operate companies that own mining tenements located within the Philippines.

Since its incorporation, ORE has acquired Citinickel Mines and Development Corporation (“Citinickel”) where it has a 94 percent equity interest. It is the sole claim owner of Pulot Mine and the Toronto Mine located Sofronio Española and Narra, Palawan, respectively. Citinickel was incorporated on June 5, 2006 and is currently the sole subsidiary of ORE.
